Promotional Keyrings
Almost everyone in the corporate world drives a car, and even those who don't at least have a house key. Thus, a keyring is something that everyone can use. What's more, these items are incredibly inexpensive, and they're very easily portable. That makes them ideal objects for distribution at conferences and conventions. You could even mail them out, and it would barely cost anything to ship. They may be small, but because they are so cheap, you can distribute them to a lot of people all at once.
Promotional keyrings also have the advantage that many people attach them to purses, which means that other people can see them throughout the day. Because these keyrings are not very large, you may only want to include the name of your company so that it is as visible as possible. You could also put the company name on one side and a phone number and e-mail address on the other. You could almost think of imprinted keyrings as business cards.
The most basic format for a keyring is a ring with a small rectangular piece of plastic attached, and that plastic has writing on it. The added piece could also be made of wood or metal or some other material, but plastic is the most common. It could also have a different shape, such as a circle or a triangle. You might want to get different designs or different colors of these printed keyrings so that customers have more options available to them.
Aside from simply putting keyrings out in baskets at a table or booth at a convention, if you are giving a presentation, you could solicit questions from the audience, and whenever someone participates, you could toss that person a keyring. That would be a fun way of getting people engaged with your company and what it is all about, and then they would be even more likely to remember the gist of your business when they look at that keyring.
There are so many possibilities of promotional items that you can use to get your company's name out in the public eye, but it's hard to go wrong with a keyring. They may be tiny, but they pack a powerful punch.
